Anyas & Johannes are in the hospitality industry because of their passion for food & wine. They have polished their sills, from independent restaurants & bars in America, France & London to 5 star hotels in Dubai.

In December 2007, they decided to leave the concrete jungle & take over Olifantsrus to create a lifestyle venue.

They both love cooking & entertaining so they have also opened a restaurant in Citrusdal: Die Sitrus
